Almost a year…

Wow it has been almost a year since my last post. I guess  I can use the excuse that my life has been pretty busy. My last blog says that we were thinking of having a baby. Well we are now parents. My wife and I have a seven-week old baby girl. (guess we didn’t waste any time…)  She is happy and healthy. (I will dedicate a separate blog to her later)

Well here is a general life update;

Married life is going great, as is fatherhood. I am still working security, I can not stand my job. I am looking for a new employment. Also since my last blog I have moved to a new apartment. I think that idea was rushed, it isn’t the worst place but I don’t care for it much. We have about four months left on the lease. We will start looking for a better apartment around tax time.

My mother is living with us. I don’t usually mind that, she is a great help.  However it does have a few down sides, fist thing is that my mother is always around. It puts a cramp in the sex life with my wife. She also always seems so blah, so it drags other people around her down. Finally all she does is watch CSI, NCIS, Criminal Minds, ect, ect… and thats it, it gets depressing to see that over and over.

We still have a cat and dog. I think both should be evicted. All they do is sit around all day, eat sleep and go to the bathroom. They contribute anything.

My wife and I have started an alternative lifestyle. I will open a new anonymous WordPress to blog about that.

I have once again hit a snag in my writing. It has been at least two months since I seriously did any story writing.

My wife and I have started reading the Gor series.

Well thats about it for now. I will try to try to keep up the blogging again.

Baby Time?

My wife and I were thinking of having a baby. I have mixed feelings. On one hand I would love to be a father. It has been something I have thought about since I was about 16 or so. I love babies and children. However I am unsure is wise to have a baby at this time, because of how the economy is. I mean there may come a time soon that jobs become highly unstable. Two malls in my area will be shutting down soon. (Incase you didn’t know, I work as a security guard at a mall) So what is to say my mall won’t be next? Where would that leave us? At this time it isn’t easy to find decent employment.

I am actually more for having a baby. I’m just not sure how to tell my wife that I really do. Talking about it is one thing. But actually saying “Yes, I definitely do want a baby” isn’t that easy to say.

But is it too soon? What if one of us loses our job? There are so many other questions that go through my head about this.

Does anyone have any advice or any kind of input on this topic?

Stopped Blogging…

I know, I just suddenly stopped my daily blog here. I just got to busy. Between being married, working two jobs, trying to have a bit of time alone to relax or do something I enjoy alone, I just do not have much time to sit at the computer anymore. I know I have said this before, but I will try to write more here. Maybe not everyday, but atleast 3-4 times a week. Not that anyone really reads these things.

One week left.

One week left until the big day. I feel pretty relaxed about it though. I think everything is all set and we have everything we need. I still need to learn to dance (Ugh). We are still unsure about the honeymoon.

Just something

I havn’t writen in a while. I have been really busy as of late. Less than two weeks until our wedding day. I actually feel calm about it. Most of the preperations are already taken care of, which is a relief. My appartment is coming together nicely. Today I got a couch and recliner, along with my 42 inch flat screen. Work is going well for now. Had a quick scare at work, thought I was about to be terminated. All is well though. I randomly got a message on MySpace from a long lost friend. I am hoping to beable to become reaquainted with him even though its been about 12 years. I have worked somewhat on my writing. I have roughly three sections finished. Also I have been rereading Eragon. I’m just beyond the halfway point. The main character in that book stresses me out. He is always getting injured. Read the book, you will see what I mean. Jennie wants to get a cat now. There has also been a lack of sex for some reason. Also we need to turn on the gas for the house. Its been getting freezing in here at night. I been having some odd dreams as of late. (I’m not going to get into those at this time). I need to go eat. I will try to try to write more.

Busy

I been pretty busy lately. Thats why I haven’t been writing many blogs. I have been fixing up my house, working, writing, preparing for the wedding. Tomorrow I have some marrage prep thing to go to (precana) not sure how to spell it. It is some 8 hour thing where all these couples go to talk about what we expect to happen once married. Anyway. I am tired now and need to be going to bed. I am going to try to do more blogs.

Getting it done.

Well I finally have gotten some more writing done. I maybe have a half a dozen pages done in the last three nights. Lately I have been working the overnight shift at work. I started bringing my laptop, but soon discovered that the mall does not have the wireless connection there. So no online there. I have always found it easier to write at night, and being practically alone there helps alot on my focus. Well this comming week I will be returning to  my regular schedule. Days mostly, except wednesday and thursday, those are my over nights now. I still need to find more time at home to get some writing done. Maybe after the wedding it will be possible.

Oh no…

Random Update

This is just a random life update…

I have my new apartment. Painting sucks, it is taking forever and I have a hard time getting motivated to continue it. I am now sleeping on a queen sized water bed. I like that alot. I am also working a few over nights at the mall (Ugh). Friday or Saturday I will be getting a 42in flat screen TV (YAY). We are less than two monts away from our wedding. Things are going well with that. I still need to go get fitted for my tux. Overall things are well.

I was a very happy person. My wonderful girlfriend and I had been dating for over a year and decided to get married.

There was only one thing bothering me… her beautiful younger sister. My sister-in-law to be was twenty-two, wore very tight miniskirts and went bra-less.

One day she called and asked me to come over to check the wedding invitations. She was alone when I arrived, and she told me she had feelings and desires for me that she couldn’t overcome.She said she wanted to  make love to me just once before I married her sister.

Of course I was totally shocked and couldn’t say a word.

She said, “I’m going up stairs to my bedroom but if you want one last  wild fling, come up and join me.” I was stunned as I watched her go up the stairs.

At the top she pulled off her panties and threw them down at me.

I stood there for  a moment, then turned and made a beeline straight out the front door to my car.

Lo and behold, my entire future family was standing outside, all clapping!

With tears in his eyes, my future father-in-law hugged me and said, “We’re so happy that you’ve passed our little test. We couldn’t ask for a better man for our daughter. Welcome to the family.”

…….And the moral of this story is: Always keep a condom in your car.
